General Information and Rules
Arrival: Rooms can be occupied from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival. Early arrivals can only be accommodated in pre-booked and confirmed rooms. Please notify us in advance of arrivals after 4:00 PM, as you will likely receive your room key electronically.
Departure: Please vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Payment options: cash, bank transfer, SZÉP card, online payment. Please note that we do not accept bank cards or credit cards.
Prices: The price listed on the booking confirmation includes the cost of the services indicated. All other services used will be charged separately. Our prices include VAT. Please note that the tourist tax, if not included in the room rate according to the booking, must be paid separately on-site, which is 300 Forints per adult, per night (14 years and older). We reserve the right to change prices.
Pets: We are a pet-friendly accommodation. Guests can bring their pets with prior notification. An outdoor kennel is also available if you are arriving with a pet that is not kept indoors.
Parking: Free parking is available in the enclosed courtyard of the guesthouse, one vehicle per guest unit.
Room cleaning: During your stay, if you require additional room cleaning, please request it at the reception, and it will be provided for an extra charge.
Sauna area, jacuzzi: Guests can use the sauna area and jacuzzi at their own risk for an extra charge. Wearing swimwear is mandatory when using the jacuzzi. Each guest has the opportunity to change in their own room. Children under 12 years of age can only use the sauna and jacuzzi under parental supervision. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi is strictly prohibited under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances. Eating or drinking is prohibited in both areas. It is prohibited to bring in glasses, bottles, or other items, as well as any liquids or salt. Both areas may be wet and slippery, requiring extra caution. There is no lifeguard on duty in the sauna area or at the jacuzzi; therefore, each guest uses them at their own risk.
The guesthouse operator reserves the right to restrict or prohibit the use of the sauna area and jacuzzi if the above rules are not followed, particularly in the event of a threat to the safety or well-being of the user or other guests.
Other rules: It is strictly prohibited to bring in or store dangerous materials or substances harmful to human health. Guests who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not allowed to be on the premises, and no accommodation will be provided.
Guests who exhibit provocative or aggressive behaviour or disturb other guests are not allowed to be on the premises. In such cases, we will refuse accommodation and notify the relevant authorities.
Our accommodation does not discriminate on the basis of religion, ethnicity, or other grounds.
It is mandatory to register visitors to the accommodation. Please note that a surcharge will be applied for unregistered visitors staying at the accommodation.
If the guest's behaviour requires the service provider to initiate the immediate termination of the booking and the guest's departure, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the accommodation fee already paid.
These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the booking. By occupying the accommodation, the guest agrees to the House Rules.
Data Protection: In accordance with the applicable legal provisions on the protection of personal data (Act LXIII of 1992), you are aware that, and expressly consent to, the processing of your personal data provided on the registration form or communicated to our company by means of electronic data processing systems.
You also consent to the use of the data recorded as above for an indefinite period for the purpose of informing you about the news and other services of Napvirág-Ház★★★★ by electronic or traditional means of communication.
Personal data is treated confidentially and stored only for the data retention period specified by law.
Compensation: Please note that we will charge compensation for any damage caused to the room furnishings or equipment or to the guesthouse premises, depending on the extent of the damage. Our accommodation has the right to refuse accommodation to the person who caused the damage.
Instructions for use: For the comfort of our guests, we provide separate instructions for the use of certain equipment. Please note that our accommodation is not responsible for accidents or damage resulting from improper use or use that deviates from the instructions, and the guest may be liable for the resulting damage.
Safety and Personal Protection:
Fire safety: Guests who notice a fire or other emergency or accident must immediately notify the emergency services by calling 112 and notify the guesthouse operator at one of the contact details provided.
Medications: Please note that we do not sell medications. Our staff will be happy to provide directions to the nearest pharmacy.
Lost items: We will keep lost items found on the premises of the guesthouse for 3 months (as long as they are not harmful to health). The recipient is responsible for paying the costs associated with handling and mailing lost items. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during delivery.
Smoking: Please note that our guesthouse is non-smoking, so smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
